Kantipur College of Management and Information Technology (KCMIT) is the most advanced technical education institute of Nepal. It was established in the year 2000. Bachelor in Computer Applications or BCA is a four years semester wise program in affiliation to Tribhuvan University. Program was designed to produce professionals in the field of computer applications as software developers and programmers and focused to enhance the skill of students to create solutions of technical problem that arises in industries and enterprises of government and private sectors.
For eligibility students from any faculty are eligible for BCA program at KCMIT. They must have passed PCL or Plus 2 with 2 CGPA and D+ minimum in all the subjects. KCMIT has 35 seats per batch on BCA program. The total credit hours is 126. Project work and internships are also necessary for successful completion of BCA program.
