Advanced College of Engineering and Management was established in the year 2000 with qualified dedicated and cooperative teaching and non teaching staffs, well equipped laboratory and staffs, library, internet and communication technology , sports facility and computer based education management information system. It also conducts seminars workshops, robotics and job related extra non credit courses.
Advanced College of Engineering and Management has been providing undergraduate programs like BE Electronics Communication and information, BE Computer, BE Civil, BE Electrical and BCA programs affiliated to Tribhuvan University. Bachelor of Computer Applications is four year eight semesters academic program run by Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and suitable for jobs at IT companies of Nepal. With the growth of IT industry in both government and private sectors the demand for BCA graduates is increasing in numbers.The studies is based on semester systems with core computer application courses, Social Science and Management courses, Programming and software development, mathematical and analytical reasoning along with project works and internships for the fulfillment of BCA program. Evaluation is based on internal 40 percent and external 60 percent.
