Hetauda City College is located at Kantirajpath- 4 Makwanpur,Hetauda. It started BCA( Bachelor of Computer Application) program of Tribhuvan University in the year 2075 B.S. Currently, Hetauda City College is running B.Sc.CSIT and BBS of Tribhuvan University and B.A, B.Com, BCA, MBA, MCA programs as well of Indira Gandhi Open University for distant learning in their academic programs.
The mission of Hetauda City College is to produce IT manpower that have gained knowledge and skills to work in jobs of different sectors as software developers, Information Technology officer, system analyst, programmers, system managers, project managers in the fields of computer application, management and social science conjointly.
BCA of Tribhuvan University is a four years eight semesters program. Students will study core computer application courses with mathematics, language, management, social science and electives of their choice. They will also have practical knowledge due to field visits and internship experience to come in close contact to jobs based on BCA studies at Hetauda City College.
Students who have passed Plus 2/PCL with at least D+ grade in any stream need to appear the entrance exam and pass the test. The selection is based on merit list.
