Currently, Samriddhi College is providing B.Sc.CSIT, BBS, BSW, BCA programs of Tribhuvan University. The College gives priority to technical subjects like Science and Technology and Computer Applications by giving them abundant environment with practical knowledge and involvement of guest lectures to share their knowledge and skills so that students emerge as professionals in their fields.
BCA program is four years eight semesters program launched by Tribhuvan University Faculty of Humanities and Social Science department in the year 2074/75 B.S. It consists of core computer applications courses, mathematical courses, language course, social science and management course, electives, project works and internship at semester end in the final year. It is a rigorous learning and experiencing practical exposure to real life situations of computer applications and problem solving. Graduates can work at IT Companies, Banks, Institutions as programmers, software developers, system analyst, back end officers, IT officers, Lecturers, Program Director, Business Development and customer relations with sound knowledge of BCA program.
Samriddhi College has computer labs, student counselling service, functional classrooms, library from where students can collect resources to shape their career and deepen the knowledge.
To be eligible for BCA at T.U. students must have cleared Plus2 with 2.0 CGPA in any stream with D+ in all subjects or PCL , Plus2 from any stream with 45 percent marks. The selection is based on merit and academic performance at Plus 2.
