United College located at Kumaripati, Lalitpur was established as United Academy in the year 2058 B.S. It is running undergraduate courses like BCA, BBS ,BBM and Masters level course MBS over the years. It has the necessary infrastructure to fulfill the mission of conducting academic programs successfully. United College is part of United Education System.
The Bachelor of Computer Application program is a four year academic program. It educates about programming and networking skills which are the primary functions of modern enterprise. The BCA graduates can work in various job sectors of government as well as private companies in the positions of Trainee software developer, IT officer, system analyst, PHP developer, retail trainer, Business development executive, web designer, marketing manager etc.
Students who have passed Plus 2 or equivalent with 45 percent marks or 1.8 CGPA can apply for BCA program of Tribhuvan University. Students must present transcript of 11 and 12 along with transfer, character and migration certificate along with 2 pp size photos during the admission.
