Patan Nistha Campus (NIST Patan) is coeducational private academic organization established with the philosophy of academic distinctness. Some of the distinctive features of this campus are it is run by experienced and committed professional teams, the multimedia classrooms, residential and transportation facilities.
NIST Patan offers Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) program of Tribhuvan University. It is a four year eight semester academic program that helps to manage IT systems development and implementation and emerging technology, learn to plan and design IT architecture to support network systems to excel professionally in the IT sector and Corporate sector which uses computer applications in day to day operations extensively. Both government and private sector the scope and knowledge of BCA is applicable. Students are guided well by capable and experienced teachers and academic evaluation is based on internal and external performance of each students in BCA program. It also has access to student center created by University to act as a bridge between students and Tribhuvan University through the channel of Patan Nistha Campus.
For securing admissions at Patan NIST campus students who have cleared Plus 2, PCL or equivalent in any stream with 2 CGPA and minimum D in all the subjects are eleigibe to appear for BCA entrance examination taken by Tribhuvan University. The results of entrance exam will help to secure a spot for the new intake of freshers at Patan NIST campus. It is located at Bakhundole, Lalitpur.
