BCA or Bachelor of Computer Application is a four years eight semesters program by Tribhuvan University. It is run under the Faculty of Humanities and Social Science Department. It focuses on use of computer and their applications. This is a technical field and it also deals with nitty gritty of data structure and algorithms, operating system, programming and software engineering and carry out required analysis and synthesis involved in computer systems, information systems, computer applications, specialization in configuration, integration, development and testing of system and network to meet industrial needs.
BCA is a integrated course of Computer application and Information technology and it has international acceptance. The job prospects are also high in both government and private companies as program coordinators, system analysts, relationship manager, delivery partner, trainee software developer, content writer-seo, PHP developer, backoffice assitant, IT officer, Computer hardowrk network engineer etc.
For eligibility applicants need CGPA 2.0 in Plus 2 or 45 percent marks from equivalent exam. They have to fill entrance exam application form and submit to the College. Then on a due date of entrance examination students must go through and only pass out students should fill the Trinity admission form. Then the interview accompanied by Parents or guardians will be conducted and finally the offer letter is provided to deserving students for fresh intake of BCA program at Trinity International College.
